This year has been a year of terrible things--Ebola, Middle-eastern civil war, terrorist-instigated religious conflict are just the tip of the iceberg of the tragedies we have endured. But we continue to value life over death due to the subconscious belief that the prior might get slightly better, someday. We hold a little flame in our hearts, burning for those we have lost, but also burning for a better world.
Luminaria has therefore attempted this year to congregate all these well-meaning, passionate lights of the world into the brief spanse of 162 pages--featuring our teachers' distorted faces, the best dishes in a mug, schoolground love and much more.
